My daughter has trained with Rich for the last 3 months consistently and she has made great progress. She is faster, stronger and ready every time she gets out there and plays. Rich is an amazing coach and is extremely dedicated to his craft and his athletes. He has made sure all her workouts are tailored to her needs and her progress is huge in a short amount of time, I am so happy we found him! He also does workouts with our travel ball team. I have trained with Richard for almost a year and have loved every session! He is always professional and a great motivator. He's also real with you. Like yes we slip and eat fast food every now and then but that shouldn't stop your ultimate goal. He always makes any training session more doable and actually fun. Always get a laugh in every session. Richard is one of the main reasons I stuck with HIIT type workouts! Highly recommend him!

If you are looking for a great trainer, Richard is the coach for you. He is very motivational and encouraging. He makes sure you perform each exercise properly so you get the results you want. My triceps hurt for days after he showed me how to do a proper push up.
