My love for fitness started at an early age with team sports. I grew up playing baseball, wrestling, water polo and volleyball. My passion for fitness stems from my own personal fitness journey of once weighing 270lbs. and feeling lesser than. I offer personalized one-on-one, semi-private and group training to help clients achieve their goals. I also work with athletes who are looking to become better, faster and stronger. Whether you’re inexperienced with exercise, in a more advanced stage of training /sport, or just coming back from an injury, I will use my expertise and experience to provide you with optimized training that aims to ensure clients know how to properly perform exercises, enhance performance in desired activities/sport and improve quality of life to assist you in obtaining your health and fitness goals.
